Quebec laws make landlords and tenants commit to each other during the lease terms. Landlords usually require the tenants to sign up for 1 year.
with a 1 year lease, the tenants are committed to pay the rent to the end of the lease even when the apartment is subleted by the tenant or is rented out by the landlord, unless the landlord agree to terminate the lease
to make life easier for the tenants, we have made the Lease terms flexible for tenants renting a room or a 1 1/2.
You can rent from 1 month to 12 months .
to compensate for our work of frequently renting the apartments, we charge a one time service fee of $100.00 when signing the lease. This $100.00 fee is returned to you if you stay 6 months and more (conditions apply).
We have 2 adjoining apartment building of 23 units each. We take several apartments to rent out by rooms. The other apartments are rented to families for 1 year lease.
Each apartment has 3 closed bedrooms with locks on the doors. Each room has a big window. the biggest room has a balcony. Each apartment has a bathroom, a Kitchen and a dining room for the 3 tenants to share.
There is a laundry room in the basement of each of the buildings
